Solvent Storage Tank / Alcohol Storage Tank
In addition to conventional storage and stock tanks, alcohol storage tanks and/or solvent storage tanks are subject to certain mandatory requirements specific to flammable, combustible and explosive products.

- The fire class must be determined, and all design and layout must be carried out accordingly.

- The system must be designed and implemented so that all static electricity is drawn off (earthed).
- A tank deluge (water spray) system must be provided so that the tanks can be cooled when necessary.
- To prevent excessive heating, tanks must be insulated or kept in an enclosed area.
